DNO&B would like to enter into a framework agreement for freight and forwarding. The Norwegian National Opera and Ballet (DNO&B) needs a tenderer that can carry larger and smaller packages, mainly internationally, but also nationally. Shipments will vary from small express parcels to transporting entire performances split between 1 -10 20-45 foot containers/semi-trailers. Tenderers must be able to offer assistance with forwarding and customs clearance. There will be a need for forwarding and freight by air, land transport, and boat.

trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 1: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation requirement: Description of up to three of the most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel at their disposal that may be used for this assignment, even if the experience was acquired in the service of another

tenderer.

Requirement 2: Tenderers must have adequate implementation ability.

Documentation requirement: A short, overall description of the organisation shall be given, including:

• An account of the company’s business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery.

• An overview of the company’s history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business activities.

• A description of how the tenderer is organised for the implementation of this

contract.

• A concise description of the overall quality assurance system that the supplier will apply in carrying out this contract must be given.

Requirement 3: Tenderers must have routines and system(s) that ensure a low environmental impact during execution of delivery.

Documentation requirement: An account and documentation of the measures/environmental considerations as a basis for the execution of the contract work and the tenderer's general environmental focus. If the routines are described in the company's quality or environmental management system according to ISO14001 or equivalent third-party

verified systems, a valid certificate can be presented instead of the above-mentioned documentation requirements.
