Arbeids- og velferdsetaten v/NAV Økonomi- og styringsavdelingen [the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, c/o NAV Finance and Management Division, the Procurement Section], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for the procurement of kitchen and bathroom fittings with accessories, spare parts and services.
The purpose of the procurement is to establish a range of electrical lifting and lowering systems for fittings in kitchens and bathrooms with a breadth that covers the majority of the needs of the actual users, as well as to facilitate engineering design, and of products that can be assembled, repaired and disassembled.
The procurement is split into lots to best meet the needs of the relevant user groups. Each lot is an independent call for tenders.

The following four products or product series must be offered in this lot:
- electric lifting and lowering system for kitchen counters (counter lift)
- electric lifting and lowering system for corner kitchen counters (counter lift, corner)
- electric lifting and lowering system for overhead cabinets (diagonal lift)
- electric lifting and lowering system for shelves in overhead cabinets (shelf lift)
Accessories, spare parts and services must also be offered.
The maximum total value per lot can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value.

Lot 3 is not an actual competition, but is only for document submission (tender submission). Only a signed tender letter is to be submitted for the lot in question for the lots that tenderers would like to submit a tender for. For example, if a tenderer would like to submit a tender for lots 1 and 2, only one tender letter is to be submitted there. This is required so that the contracting authority can register participation correctly in Mercell, and for the award of the different lots.
