PHASE 1: Qualification / selection of consultant.
We are uncertain about the total framework for the procurement. This is due to the length of the assignment and the extensive work that will be included in the contract with all options.
3 preliminary projects have been carried out by the consultant Asplan Vik for alternatives and solutions. Larvik Municipality would like to continue with the detailed engineering design services for the realisation of a new treatment plant in Kvelde, including transfer pipelines from Steinsholt via Berganmoen and Hvarnes to Kvelde.

The 3 existing treatment plants, Steinsholt RA, Hvarnes RA, and Kvelde RA are to be closed down and replaced with pump stations.
New sewage installations are to be constructed from Steinsholt to Kvelde. The project consists of a new treatment plant in Kvelde, approx. 17,700 m ditches with pipeline installations, 11 pump stations, and clearance of 3 treatment plants. Approx. 3,650 m water pipelines will be laid in the ditch together with the sewage pipelines.
