Vinmonopolet's wishes for the options are given in Annex 1 and are to be responded to in Annex 2. Costs are to be given in Annex 7.

Vinmonopolet would like tenders for the following options:

Diversity management

Requirement

Tenderers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Norwegian companies: Tax certificate, (not older than 6 months).

For foreign tenderers: Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have their payment of taxes and duties in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer should submit a declaration stating that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the supplier's Financial Director/ person responsible for finance.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract.

Documentation: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (containing a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Equivalent assignments means:

Establishment of an HR master data system

in a decentralised organisation structure

integrated with several source systems. Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. Cf. the description of the problem, phases, and vision for the establishment of an HR master.

The list must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).

Tenderers must complete annex 2 Reference Form.
