AS Vinmonopolet

Vinmonopolet [the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly] wants to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of cash registers' counters.
The cash registers' counters shall be delivered in three different sizes; large, small and, mini counters The large and small counter must be delivered in single right, single left, cash registers' island and as a combination counter with an information station and office station. The mini counter shall be independent of direction.

Kort beskrivelse:
Vinmonopolet will have an estimated annual need for the purchase of approx. 5-10 small counters in a combined solution, 10-15 large counters, single or in islands, as well as 3-5 mini counters. There will also be a need for spare parts and miscellaneous equipment for cash registers' counters.

Tax
Requirement: Tenderers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: Norwegian tenderers must submit a valid tax certificate 'Attest for skatt og merverdiavgift' (not older than 6 months).
Foreign tenderers must present a certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country, certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled its obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Economic and financial capacity.

Requirement: Sufficient financial solidity is required.
Documentation: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (containing a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If a tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Vinmonopolet, the tenderer may prove his financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the contracting authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.
