The Directorate of Health would like to procure warehouse and distribution services for its stand-by stocks of medicines. The services must ensure that the medicines can be quickly distributed in a stand-by situation.
The Directorate of Health would like to procure the services in order to ensure that the medicines are handled in accordance with the current law and rules, as well as other accepted professional norms. The aim is that the quality of the medicines does not deteriorate from when they are received at the stand-by warehouse until the medicines are distributed to customers, as well as to prevent fake medicines from entering the legal distribution chain.

The Directorate of Health would like to procure a warehouse and distribution contract for stand-by medicines. The contract duration is four years. A contract will be signed with one tenderer. There will be an option to extend the duration of the contract for two plus two years.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member country where
the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required
to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Statens legemiddelverk.

Attach a copy of the valid wholesaler licence and a GDP certificate issued by Statens Legemiddelverk.
