The contracting authority would like to have contact with an estate agent that specialises in commercial estate agent services and project sales, together with knowledge of the businesses in the Gjøvik region and the Mjøs area.
Gjøvik needs to enter a framework agreement for estate agency services. The estate agent is to provide assistance to the contracting authority during the entire process from planning and preparing the sale of the property, to the property being sold and the estate agent has carried out the settlement with registration of the deeds etc.
