The Agency for Education would like to enter into a contract with a bus company that can transport pupils from a reception centre to school daily. Pupils are currently transported from the reception centres listed below to Stig and Groruddalen Schools. The Agency for Education does not control which reception centres are used, so this can be changed in the contract period. Stig School will only be used in 2022 according to the schedule. If many pupils arrive, it is possible that there will be more teaching places. The number of pupils is currently approx. 80-90. The number of pupils is determined by the flow of refugees and rate of settlement, and can, therefore change quickly. The bus company must have the capacity to scale the offer up and down quickly. Scaling up by one bus must be able to happen at very short notice. Scaling down the number of buses will happen with one weeks notice.

The Agency for Education would like the bus company to provide a bus(es) that covers the number of pupils every morning, so that we can ensure that the pupils get to school in good time before the start of the school day. The tenderer must, in cooperation with the Agency for Education, set up a route so that the pupils do not have a long journey. At least two buses must be calculated for the start-up.
