Larvik municipality shall enter into a continuous agreement for n the delivery of project management tools for building / construction projects and other internal projects in the municipality. The tool must facilitate communication, interaction and traceable alteration management and be integrated with the municipality's accounting system Agresso.
The invitation to tender is published as an ongoing service agreement. As we are uncertain about the scope of the agreement, the DOFFIN form states an amount for total value in NOK that we are uncertain about. In this context, we refer to the price matrix in the annex.

Larvik municipality needs a system that enables communication, collaboration and alteration management in projects.

The company Prosjekt bygg og anlegg (PBA) is one of five companies in the service area real estate and technical operations and ensures that construction and construction projects are executed. The company therefor needs to procure a new IT system for project management. Primary users will be the project managers, as well as external consultants in functions such as project managers, engineering design managers and construction managers etc.

The tool must be able to provide an overview of i.a budget, contracts, expected and actual costs, alterations, quantitative restrictions, uncertainty, salary and price adjustments and final prognosis etc. The tool must ensure follow-up for the annual and total figures per annum, ensure good management for the individual projects and for the company in total.

The tool must be delivered complete (including configuration, integration with existing financial system, integration with the municipality's case / archive system, documentation, testing, optimization, training / courses, operation and maintenance on external server, etc. and be fully developed and well tested in the market.) We therefore require that the solution is a standardised and recognisable product aimed at the builder/ building and construction sector for projects in the range of NOK 0-1 000 million.
