The tool must facilitate communication, interaction and traceable alteration management and be integrated with the municipality's accounting system Agresso.
The invitation to tender is published as an ongoing service agreement. As we are uncertain about the scope of the agreement, the DOFFIN form states an amount for total value in NOK that we are uncertain about. In this context, we refer to the price matrix in the annex.
