The procurement is for different types of heat aids for hands and feet, as well as accompanying accessories, spare parts, and the individual adaptations service. The heating aids are for persons that due to medical reasons have reduced ability to maintain warmth in their hands and feet.
The tender contest is split into sub-contracts to best meet the needs of the relevant user groups. Contracts will be signed for each sub-contract with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs.
The maximum total value is estimated to be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value per sub-contract.
