The procurement includes operation of the canteens at Lindern and Myren in Oslo with the purchase, preparation and serving of lunch, as well as catering for meetings and internal events.
The Institute of Public Health has two kitchens and an associated canteen with 125 seats at Lindern and 178 seats at Myren in Oslo. Approximately 150 visitors are registered on Monday and Friday, and approximately 200 visitors every day from Tuesday through Thursday, at both locations.
The contracting authority would like good interaction and a more holistic management of its canteen services. The canteen offerings must be of the same quality and standard in both canteens. In addition to food service, the procurement includes the operation and maintenance of coffee machines and delivery of work fruit.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must submit a tax certificate for VAT and tax, cf. the Public Procurement2.
Regulations § 7-2. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline
submitting tenders.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The economic and financial standing must be documented by the following information:
Approved Annual Financial Statements with the Annual Report and Auditor's Report for the last three accounting years as well as any newer information of relevance.
Solidity assessment from a company licensed to operate a credit information business. The evaluation must not be older than 3 months from the application deadline, it must be based on the last approved fiscal figures and should report the credit worthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).

If a legal applicant relies on another company´s capacity to fulfil the economic and financial position requirements, this company shall also fulfil the qualification requirements and submit documentation in accordance with the points above, in addition to a signed commitment statement, cf. annex 2, which explicitly states that the company joint and severally guarantees for the execution of the contract.

Tenderers´ organisational and technical capacity shall be documented with the following information:
An overview of the tenderer´s organisation/organising relevant for the execution of the contract, including a description of the resources that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract, with a resume of their education and relevant experience.
