Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 3 extensions of 12 months each.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification Requirement:

The tenderer must have met their obligations in relation to payment of taxes, employer contribution and VAT.

Documentation requirement:

Certificates for paid tax and duties. The certificates can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn.

The certificate must not be more than six months old calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears and other notes must be explained.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a company register, professional register,

or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the contractual obligations.

Credit rating from a certified credit institution.

The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved over the past three years. Key figures for

liquidity, equity share, operating margin, debt ratio, and the return on total capital shall be given in the credit rating.

If required, the Norwegian Tax Administration can require a Tenderer to provide further documentation of fulfilment of the above-mentioned qualification requirement.

Documentation requirement:

An overview of the tenderer's most important deliveries or services performed in the past three years, including information on the value, date, and the name of the recipients.
