Nevertheless, the framework agreement established through this contest can be used by all departments and agencies at Askøy Municipality. In addition, all municipal enterprises and all wholly owned municipal limited companies will be able to use the framework agreement.
However, the agreement will not include activities for the Water and Sewage Department in Askøy Municipality, as they have a separate framework agreement for engineering design.
Askøy Municipality currently has a framework agreement for design services for buildings with a construction cost of less than NOK 50 million, which expires on 14 November 2022. This framework agreement will enter into force upon entering into a contract and can be used for the design of buildings with a construction cost of more than NOK 50 million. After 14 November 2022, this framework agreement will be used for design services for buildings, regardless of construction costs.
