Holmestrand municipality would like to enter into a Framework agreement for painting, wallpapering and flooring work The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The purpose of the agreement is to cover the need for trade services for the execution of small project and maintenance work in accordance with the requirement specification and information in this notice.
The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for the Holmestrand Municipality for extending the agreement for further 1 year + 1 year, to a total maximum period of four years.
Start of agreement: January 2023

Contract type and scope
The estimated value of the agreement is up to NOK 8 million for a total period of 4 years. This amount is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish separate tender contests and enter into separate contracts for these assignments if this is considered appropriate. This applies to larger assignments - with an estimated value of more than NOK 350,000 excluding VAT.
