Alver kommune

Alver municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for service, ongoing maintenance and repairs of the municipality's refrigeration plants, including heat pumps) and dehumidification systems, as well as small scale procurement and installation of air-to-air heat pumps.

For some of the plants (including dehumidification systems and plants statutory in accordance with the F-gas Regulation) annual service will be relevant, while for other plants service / maintenance will only be requested when needed. This shall be agreed upon in co-operation with the contracting authority after the contract is initiated.

The contract does not include sites/installations that are included in the warranty period. However, after the warranty period expires, these plants shall, as a main rule, be included in the contract. Buildings and/or installations can be taken out of use in the contract period, and new buildings and/or installations can be added, so the demand for service and maintenance can vary and change over the course of the framework agreement.

The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that are naturally related to the disciplines in this framework agreement may be added if needed during the contract period. The framework agreement can also include planning and engineering design services for the call-offs.

Minimum qualification requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established enterprise.

Documetation: Certificate or verification (equivalent to Company Registration Certificate) for registration in a trade index or Register of Business Enterprises as described in

the laws of the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Minimum qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. The turnover in the recent fiscal year must be equivalent to minimum 2* the contract's annual estimated value of NOK 2.5 million.

Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

The company's annual accounts for the last two fiscal years, including the auditor's report, as well as recent information that is of relevance for the company's accounting figures, for example, the provisional accounts for 2022.

Alternatively:

If the supplier has not submitted the requested documentation, the contracting authority will get a credit score from Soliditet AS.

Minimum qualification requirement: The tenderer must have valuable and relevant experience from similar assignments. Documentation: A list of three relevant assignments carried out by the tenderer in the last 5 years, including information on the customer's name, the scope of the assignment, contract value, and date. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the listed references to verify the scope and quality.

The tenderer must have adequate competence and professional qualifications for carrying out the delivery. Documentation: The tenderer shall enclose an overview of the professional qualifications possessed by personnel to be involved in the execution of the agreement.
