Alver kommune

Alver municipality manages properties mainly consisting of 19 schools, 9 nurseries, 9 nursing homes / institutional buildings / health centres, 4 municipal buildings / administrative buildings, 6 sports halls, 3 operating stations, 3 cultural centres and 2 treatment and water treatment plants, and 90-100 residential facilities divided between 10-12 buildings. To meet our needs related to filters and ventilation, Alver municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for service, ongoing maintenance, and repairs of the municipality's ventilation systems, as well as filters thereof.

The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that are naturally related to the discipline in the framework agreement may be added if needed during the agreeement period.

The contracting authority can extend the agreement for further 2 years, to a total maximum period of 4 years

The contracting authority can choose to extend the agreement multiple times, for e.g. for 1 year at a time.

Minimum qualification requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established enterprise.

Documentation: Certificate or confirmation (equivalent certificate of registration) for registration in a trade index or a Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the

the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/agreement.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Minimum qualification requirement: The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/agreement. The turnover in recent fiscal years must be equivalent to minimum 2 x the agreement's annual estimated value of NOK 1,300,000. Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

The company's annual accounts for the last two fiscal years, including the auditor's report, as well as recent information that is of relevance for the company's accounting figures, for example, the provisional accounts for 2022.

If a tenderer has a justifiable reason as to why the requested documentation cannot be presented, it can be documented by presenting a declaration from a financial institution on surety or other documentation that can prove the tenderer's economic and financial standing.

The tenderer must have relevant experience from equivalent assignments. The tenderer must have adequate competence and professional qualifications for the delivery.

Minimum qualification requirements: The tenderer must have good and relevant experience from similar assignments. Documentation: A list of three relevant assignments carried out by the tenderer in the last 5 years, including information on the customer's name, the scope of the assignment, contract value, and date. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the listed references in order to verify the scope and quality. Minimum qualification requirements: The tenderer must have sufficient competence and professional qualifications to carry out the agreement. Documentation: The tenderer shall enclose an overview of the professional qualifications of the personnel expected to be involved in the agreement.
