Kort beskrivelse:
The Contracting Authority shall be considered as one buyer with several delivery addresses. Ongoing orders etc. shall throughout the entire contract period be made by the individual business/orderer at the Contracting Authority and be invoiced to the individual business. The businesses have different ordering patterns, volume and need.

In addition to their employees, Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune has a large number of students who will need work clothing in their vocational training in the areas for this contract. They shall also have the possibility to purchase their work clothing from the service provider on verbatim terms. This will only be an offer to the students. It is therefore not possible to specify the purchase volume for this.

The contracting authority has set up a core assortment. In addition, discounts shall be given on catalogue products that are not in the standard selection for this.
The Contracting Authority is a large organisation with various professional groups located throughout the county. Emphasis is placed on user friendliness, including that the tenderer has a good functioning dealer network and possibilities for trialling, service and possibilities for adaptation of attire with sizes that deviate from standard.

The tenderer must have experience from a minimum of 2 relevant assignments. Documentation requirement: The tenderer must state and briefly describe the most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years by completing annex 10, reference form. Relevant deliveries means deliveries of an equivalent contract value and with the equivalent number of delivery places as this contest, to the private or public sector. It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Minimum requirements for qualification
Attach documentation of the tenderer's quality assurance system. This is to be documented by attaching a copy of a certificate issued by a public institution for quality control (ISO 9000 or equivalent). Tenderers that are not environmentally certified must attach a description of relevant environmental management measures that the tenderer will use for the implementation of the delivery.
