Statsbygg requests tenders for a waste management contract for the following properties in Oslo:
- The Government quarter, with the accompanying rented properties (RKV)
- The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI)
The contract applies to properties associated with the Government Quarter and the National Institute of Public Health in Oslo. The tenderer must expect that the need may change during the contract period both in terms of the hire / purchase of equipment, fractions and collection time. Some real estate complexes, especially associated with the Government Quarter, may thus be removed from the contract during the contract period. Likewise real estate complexes, of the same type and geographical area can be included in the contract during the contract period. The contracts shall include emptying and transporting waste as well as certified final treatment. The contract will also cover the hire of suitable collection equipment/waste containers. The tenderer must also declare hazardous waste connected to Statsbygg's activities, and will get authorisation to declare on behalf of Statsbygg.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation: Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Documentation: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity and experience from assignments with a transferable value to this project.

An account of the tenderer´s capacity, including:
Average annual workforce of the collection personnel/drivers.
Tenderers must have an environmental management system or standard such as EMAS, ISO 14001, the Eco-Lighthouse certification scheme, or equivalent.
