The tenderer shall offer a complete heating solution for the school / sports hall with responsibility for both basic, peak and reserve effects for heating the buildings and supply of hot consumption water The tenderer is responsible for all necessary permits for the implementation of the project.

The heating supply includes all work, services and performances required to establish a renewable heating supply up to and including the connection of a new school / sports hall in Sande (interface is a connecting piece on a heat exchanger). The contract includes construction, ownership and operation of all parts of the plant. Furthermore, operation, maintenance and emergency preparedness are included to ensure a reliable heating supply.

The estimated annual heating requirement: 1,000,000 kWh.

Moreover, a nearby area shall be developed where the main emphasis is on housing and some industry that also shall be connected to the plant.

Holmestrand municipality's share of the total heating supply is estimated at approx. 20%. Further information on the heating supply beyond the contracting authority's needs is described in the tender documentation.

In order to facilitate the remaining supply, declarations have been registered on adjacent properties. See the the technical specification requirements
