General description of the air-controlled feeding installations for land facilities.
One air-controlled feeding installation is to be delivered for the Institute of Marine Research's land facility at the research station in Matre. The feeding installation will be used at the outdoor department by testing hall 5. The outdoor department consists of 15 tubs (5 tubs Ø 8 m., 8 tubs Ø 7m. and 2 tubs Ø 5 m.).

General description of the feeding installation with water transport for Smørdalen.
A feeding installation for feeding by water transport is to be procured, which will ensure that the feed can be distributed from the surface to the chosen depth. The feeding installations are to be installed at the Institute of Marine Research's sea facilities in Smørdalen in Masfjorden. The contracting authority's sea facility in Smørdalen is a NorMær steel facility with 9 12 x 12 cages and 2 20 x 20 cages. The sea facility is connected to land via a floating stage and footpath with a gangway.

General description of the air-controlled feeding installation for the facility at Solheim/Knappen (option).
Tenders are to be submitted for an air-controlled feeding installation that can be installed at the contracting authority's sea facility at Solheim/Knappen. The sea facility where the feeding installation is to be installed is a NorMær steel facility with 10 12 x 12 cages. The sea facility is connected to land via a floating stage and a gangway.

Stage 1: Qualification phase.
All interested tenderers can submit a request for participation in the contest.
The contracting authority will select which tenderers will be invited to submit a tender in the contest of the basis of the received requests for participation in the contest. An assessment will be made in the qualification phase of the extent to which tenderers fulfil the set qualification requirements, and that there are no grounds for rejection.

1. One air-controlled feeding installation for the facility at Solheim/Knappen.
2. Service contract for the air-controlled feeding installation for the land facility, which will apply after the 2 year guarantee period.
3. Camera monitoring in the land facility.
4. Option to expand the air-controlled feeding installation with extra hose connections.
5.Service contract for the feeding installation with water transport that will apply after the 2 year guarantee period.
6. Wire-conveyor system for filling storage silos for the feeding installation at Smørdalen.
7. Production control system for all 3 feeding installations.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register, or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including fulfilment of the contractual obligations pursuant to the contract. Tenderers are, thus, required to be credit worthy without a requirement for security.

Tenderers must submit certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer meets the specified environmental management systems or standards.
Tenderers are required to have good technical and professional qualification in order fulfil the assignment.
Tenderers must substantiate that they have sufficient human and technical resources to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must have EMAS, ISO 14001, other ISO certification, or Eco-Lighthouse certification.
Tenderers must present documentation of experience from comparable deliveries through an overview of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract's value, delivery or execution date, and the name of the recipient.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The Institute of Marine Research has strict safety requirements and must be able to inspect the work underway, and possibly stop dangerous work or work that is not in accordance with the laws/regulations, without this leading to increased costs for the Institute of Marine Research.

The installations will be assembled and tested in all the locations. There will be take-over proceedings for both the air-controlled feeding installation and the feeding installations with water transport. The take-over proceedings is a declaration that will be signed by both parties, confirming that the delivery is accepted to be in contractual condition and handed over to the contracting authority. Both parties will be present during the take-over proceedings, and a check will be made that the delivery has been assembled, tested, and that it functions as intended and in accordance with the requirements in the contract. Relevant documents must be sent to the contracting authority before the take-over proceedings occur. The delivery will only be seen as delivered when the take-over proceedings
