The Agency for Education would like three parallel framework agreement suppliers who can assist with optimising the agency to get the best possible support for the services that the agency provides. It is important that tenderers can refer to in-depth knowledge of municipal departments´ forms of management and tenderers must have a basic understanding of political processes.
Relevant topics include i.a:
• Organisational analysis, organisational design and organisational development
• Mapping of work processes and process improvement
• Streamlining, digitisation of work processes, data analysis
• Project management for the topics in the framework agreement
In the absence of internal capacity, services may be needed within:
• Employee development and development of collaboration
• Facilitation and implementation of tailored measures related to e.g. change management, competence management, collaboration, digital and hybrid management
• Management group development
• Individual and team development
• Career guidance of managers and employees in accordance with requirements

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement will be valid from the date stated on the front page of the contract (commissioning date) for 2 (two) years. Option for the contracting authority to extend for a further two years, one year at a time.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have economic and financial solvency that gives the contracting authority the guarantee that the tenderer will have financial capacity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
If the tenderer has objective reasons for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, the tenderer may submit other documentation that can guarantee the contracting authority that the tenderer has the required economic and financial capacity.
