Tenderers must submit a tender for:

Responsible construction manager who will also be the SHA coordinator (KU).

Technical construction manager.

Statsbygg will construct a new additional building at Nord University, Campus Røstad in Levanger. The additional building will allow Nord University to offer good frameworks and flexible premises for actor education at Campus Røstad.

The additional building will connect the existing buildings, Nordlåna and Nylåna. The new building consists of, amongst other things, a blackbox stage and two rehearsal halls for actor education. The new building will be connected to the existing buildings via a footbridge. The existing garage/goods reception will be altered to, amongst other things, a mingling area, cloakrooms, and technical room. A third work hall (approx. 190 m²) is described as an option. The project consists of 1057m² new building and 254.5 m2 alterations to the basement of the existing building.

The general contractor has been chosen, and the assignment (H003) will commence immediately after the award of this contract. Statsbygg's framework agreement supplier for automation and field components (K501) will be transferred to K101 as a joint contract.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer.

Tenderers can also be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.

2. Tenderers are required to have a secure implementation ability/capacity (ability to replace personnel during periods of sickness, etc.).

3. The person offered as the SHA co-ordinator is required to have the following education:

A week long course in relevant working environment law (e.g. HSE management course, 40 hour HSE course). The main part of the course shall have been carried out as a classroom course - purely online based courses will not be accepted.

1. A description must be provided, on approx. 1 A4 page per project, for up to 3 reference projects

in the last 5 years with a transferable value, with information on, amongst other things:

the project name

the contracting authority

the project scope in m2 and costs

type of buildings

type of contract

the assignment´s contract value excluding VAT

the tenderer´s assignments/role in the project

the start-up date and completion date (year)/if not completed, what stage the project is in.

in what phases the assignment was carried out.

2. Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into job categories

3. Course certificates for the proposed personnel.
