Ocean Space Centre (OSC) shall be located at Tyholt in Trondheim, Norway. The Centre shall contain research and higher education institutions operating under one roof, seamlessly integrating basic and applied research areas in marine engineering and life sciences. Once completed, OSC shall consist of a unique selection of laboratories with simple and robust student laboratories, highly advanced laboratories for basic research, some of the world's largest hydrodynamic laboratories for large-scale and industrial research, and full-scale field laboratories in the fjord and marine areas outside Trondheim. All this combined with advanced computational and numerical facilities. The new laboratories shall replace the existing facilities currently located at Tyholt in Trondheim.

The ocean basin shall be equipped with high-efficiency wave absorption systems made of steel or suitable corrosion-protected aluminium units integrated into the concrete wall of the basin. The onshore system shall mainly consist of steel structures with a parabolic shape perforated or non-perforated top plate followed by movable extensions into the water volume. The extensions will also be used to provide a continuous transition between the onshore system and the moving bottom. The onshore locations shall include large prefabricated standing structures that shall be transported to the location and assembled

Service and maintenance agreement for the delivered system and offer to deliver spare-parts for a 24 months operation after the handover.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must submit the most recent auditor-certified annual accounts, or alternatively StartBANK ID and a financial assessment from a recognised credit rating agency. The rating must not be older than 3 months.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity and competence to carry out the scope of the work. Sufficient experience from assignments with transferable value is also required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer must describe the competence and capacity of the organisation. A minimum of three relevant references with transferable value to this project must also be given. The tenderer must also substantiate its quality follow-up system and its environmental follow-up system.
