The Ocean Space Center (OSC) will be located at Tyholt in Trondheim, Norway, and will house research and higher education institutions operating under one roof, seamlessly integrating basic and applied research areas in ocean engineering and life sciences. When the OSC is completed, it will consist of a unique selection of laboratories with simple and robust student laboratories, highly advanced laboratories for basic research, some of the world's largest hydrodynamic laboratories for large-scale and industrial research, and finally full-scale field laboratories in fjords and ocean areas outside of Trondheim. All this will be combined with advanced computational and numerical facilities. The new laboratories will replace the existing facilities which are currently located at Tyholt in Trondheim.

This procurement includes the production, delivery, installation and commissioning of the pumps for the ocean basin current system with necessary accessories at the hydrodynamic laboratories at Tyholt, Trondheim. The delivery is expected to include installation frames, inlet sections, diffusers, engine control centres with local control, necessary tools for operation and maintenance and necessary spare parts.

Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity and competence to carry out the scope of work. Additionally, sufficient experience from deliveries with transferable value is required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must describe their organisation, competence and capacity. In addition, a minimum of three relevant references with transferable value for this project must be provided. The supplier must also document its quality follow-up system and its environmental follow-up system.
