The Ministry of Justice and Public Security has given Statsbygg the task of expanding Romerike Prison, Ullersmo Department.
The expansion of Ullersmo consists of the following:
A new star building / M2015 (Building K). Billeting building with three floors and a partial basement. 96 cells on two floors, as well as other prison objectives and communal functions on the ground floor and in the partial basement - total area approx. 6,060 m².

A new activity building (Building J) over two floors and the basement - total area approx. 1,360 m². Upgrade of the outside areas, water and sewage installations, and surface water management. The affected outdoor area makes up approx. 34,500 m².
The expansion and renovation of culverts for pedestrians and technical guideways that connect the buildings together at Ullersmo. Includes a new culvert of approx. 490 m² between two buildings. In addition, existing culverts are to be renovated/altered.

The establishment of a pavement and walkway with lighting along Ullersmovegen (outside the prison wall).
A minor new technical building with one storey and a small building for legionella treatment (outside the prison wall). In order to make room for the new billeting building (building K7 item 5), two existing building that are currently used for prison purposes must be demolished.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The project has 8 options that are described in the requirements specification, point 1.19. Option no. 8 is for outside work. This option has 8 individual conditions that must be priced.
All the options must be priced in the tender form.
The requirements in chapters 1-8 apply for the execution of the individual components/constructions in the options. All costs included in auxiliary work must be added to the tender form.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The extent of the size will also be emphasised.
Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience in the role of turnkey contractor in projects with a comparable value in relation to size and complexity.
Tenderers must submit information on up to three reference projects that the tenderer has completed*, and that are of comparative value to this project.
The information to be delivered is in the attached form ‘Form A Qualification Requirements Reference Projects Tenderer’.
If the tenderer/tenderers that will carry out the engineering design services are not the same as those who carried out the engineering design services in the reference projects * above, the engineering design company/companies that will carry out the engineering design services must present documentation for up to 3 reference projects with a comparative value, containing the information stated in 'Form A Qualification Requirements Reference Projects Tenderer'.
