This procurement follows the procedures for procurements in accordance with the regulations´ part IV.
The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify and negotiate with the tenderers to the degree that the contracting authority finds it appropriate.
The objective/purpose of the contract:
NAV Troms and Finnmark shall enter into a contract for the labour market initiative ‘Work-related rehabilitation’ for employees who are on sick-leave and persons with reduced working capacity in such a way that the person concerned is prevented from acquiring employment or keeping paid work.
The work-related rehabilitation shall strengthen the individual's work ability and contribute to mastering health-related and social problems that prevent participation in the working life. The aim of the measure is that participants will get or remain in ordinary work.

The tenderer must be able to follow-up participants in their home municipality in the geographical area, both through physical meetings and digital follow-up, adapted to each individual's needs.
The tenderer must have suitable premises for the physical meetings with participants in each municipality for the geographical area included in the tender. The tenderer has to offer only one location in the geographical area.
The areas are:
- Area A - Balsfjord/Storfjord, Lyngen, Nordreisa, Skjervøy and Kåfjord. The estimated need is 6 parallel individual places at any one time, as well as implementation of group admission with up to 5 participants per group, 3 times per year.
