The objective of the contract is to meet the need for winter operation of municipal winter open artificial grass fields with / without bottom heating in Oslo municipality. The agency for Urban Environment is responsible for the winter operation of municipal artificial grass fields pitches in the future, where NFF Oslo distributes the time.
The assignment means that the artificial grass fields must be cleared of snow, so that the field is ready for activities between 16.00-22.00 on weekdays and between 08.00-22.00 in weekends. See the tender documentation and requirement specification for further information on the competition.

Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: the tenderer's Annual Financial Statements including notes and the board's and audit reports for 2020 and 2019.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit ratings if deemed necessary.

Requirement: Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement: An overview of the tenderer´s equivalent assignments carried out during the last 3 years. The overview shall contain:
o Brief description of the assignment.
o Date of the implementation of the assignment
o Scope of assignment in monetary amount.
The contracting authority must be able to contact the contact persons who are listed.
