I. Implementation ability requirement — personnel: tenderers must have sufficient personnel at their disposal for the contractual obligations.

III. Experience: tenderers must have experience from equivalent assignments.

Documentation: an overview of equivalent assignments carried out in the last 3 years.

Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel performed services for another service provider. Annex 5A Reference Form is to be completed and attached to the submitted tender.
