The assignment will start on 1 July 2021 and the contract will be valid for 2 years with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the assignment for a further 1 + 1 year extension. After this period the contract will be reannounced. The contracting authority will open a new facility at Melsgjerdet during the contract period, and the contract will also apply for cleaning these areas. There will be separate columns here for unit prices that will apply for this new facility.
