Akershus University Hospital Trust (Norwegian Ahus) shall procure a total of 7 ultrasound apparatuses for a gynaecological outpatient clinic and a maternity outpatient clinic. The following ultrasound apparatus shall be procured:
1) High end apparatuses for advanced diagnostics related to gynaecology — 2 apparatuses;
2) Medium range apparatus for advanced diagnostics related to gynaecology — 1 apparatus;
3) High end apparatuses for advanced diagnostics related to obstetrics — 3 apparatuses;
4) Simple ultrasound apparatus for the maternity ward — 1 apparatus.
The contracting shall have an option for the purchase of 1 additional apparatus, 1 additional apparatus, 2 additional apparatuses and 1 additional apparatus respectively for the various apparatuses.

4) Simple ultrasound apparatus for the maternity ward — 1 apparatus.
The contracting shall have an option for the purchase of 1 additional apparatus, 1 additional apparatus, 2 additional apparatuses and 1 additional apparatus respectively for the various apparatuses.
Please note that offered apparatuses must be delivered for testing at Ahus at the Nordbyhagen department after the tender deadline and no later than 25 August.
Refer to the tender documentation and the requirement specification.
The ultrasound apparatuses shall be used at Akershus University Hospital Trust, department Nordbyhagen and other hospitals connected to Ahus in Eastern Norway, including Kongsvinger and Gardermoen.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Contracting Authority shall have options for procuring the following apparatuses:
— 1 high end apparatuse for advanced diagnostics related to gynaecology,
— 1 medium range apparatus for advanced diagnostics related to gynaecology,
— 2 high end apparatuses for advanced diagnostics related to obstetrics,
— 1 simple ultrasound apparatus for the maternity ward.
A total of 5 apparatuses. The options will be activated within 2 years from signing the contract, if applicable.
The contracting authority also requests an option for a service course with the supplier in accordance with Part 2 Appendix 2 the Requirements specification item 5.2. The service course shall enable the contracting authority's technical personnel to carry out general maintenance and service on the apparatus. The options will be activated within 2 years from signing the contract.

The contracting authority shall have an option for a service agreement level 1, see Part 1 Appendix 2 ‘Serviceavtale HSØ’. The contracting authority will consider an option for a service agreement after the end of the warranty period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: A tax certificate, not older than six months from the tender deadline. For Norwegian tenderers: A tax and VAT certificate issued by the Tax Collection Office via Altinn. Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer should submit a declaration stating that all taxes and duties have been paid. The statement must be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for finance.

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: The tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the board's and auditor's reports for 2019 and 2020. If the Annual Financial Statements for the last year are not finished before the tender deadline for this contest expires, the last year's preliminary annual accounts should also be attached. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment. Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Tenderers must have good experience from similar deliveries. Documentation requirement: An overview of the most important deliveries that the tenderer has carried out in the last 3 years. The overview must, as a minimum, contain the following information:

— Scope of the assignment in monetary amount.
— Name and telephone number of the reference person at the contracting authority.
The contracting authority must have the opportunity to contact the contact persons listed.
Requirements: the tenderer must have established routines for safeguarding the environment in its organisation.
Documentation requirements: the tenderer must submit a statement of a maximum of 2 pages describing how the tenderer works to reduce the environmental impact, including transport, use of chemicals and so forth. Instead of a statement as described above, the tenderer can substantiate the qualification requirement by attaching a certificate for ISO 14001, Eco-Lighthouse or equivalent.

The contracting authority will have an option for several ultrasound apparatuses of the same type as that offered.
The contracting authority would like an option for a service course at the tenderer.
The contracting authority will have an option for a service contract level 1, see Part 1 Annex 2 'Service Contract HSØ'.
The options will be taken up within 2 years from when the contract is signed if applicable.
