Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF (KID) (the Municipal Undertaking for Cultural and Sports Facilities, Oslo) is the builder for construction of the new multi-purpose hall at Dælenenga stadium in the Grünerløkka district in Oslo. There is a need to procure a turnkey contract for the implementation of the assignment. The project includes demolition of the existing clubhouse, and erection of a new facility consisting of a full scale multi-purpose hall and the associated outdoor areas.

The project primarily consists of:
• demolition of the existing clubhouse and associated structures;
• erection of a new multi-purpose hall that includes:
— games hall 45x25 m including safety zone, changing room and a grandstand,
— support functions: vestibule/reception, offices, meeting room, gym, technical room, etc.
— areas for martial arts,
— clubhouse, changing room facility and storage for Grüner Allianseidrettslag/Fotballen.
• development of outdoor areas for leisure and activity.

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding NOK 500 000 excluding VAT.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contract relationship will be governed by NS 8407 and the associated standard contract terms for Oslo Municipality, as well as the Oslo model. See the tender documentation Appendix V2.
The project sets minimum requirements for emission-free building heating/building drying during the construction phase. There are requirements that fossil-free construction machinery/vehicles be used on the building and construction site and requirements for fossil-free transport of masses and waste to/from the construction site.

The assignment will be carried out in the period from contract signing, and is required to be completed at the latest by the fourth quarter 2023 (including technical test period and commissioning). Technical test operation is assumed to be completed after KID takes over.
