Tenders can be submitted for the following product groups:

Serological pipettes (Measuring pipettes)
The contracting authority will sign a contract with one tenderer per product group. It will be possible to win multiple product groups.

Estimated value:
The estimated value of the contract is is approx. NOK 4,550,000 excluding VAT. The estimates applies to the total contract value and includes all of the production groups listed in section 1.4.
We emphasise that the stated value, and states estimated consumption in Appendix 1 - Price Form, is only an estimate and is non-binding on the Client to make purchases. The values are only intended as information for Tenderers.
The maximum value of the contract:
The estimated procurement value is based on information from previous consumption, and estimated consumption per year at the time of the announcement. However, it is difficult to provide exact figures due to uncertainty connected to factors which will effect the request (for e.g. disease/illness affecting the population). On this basis, the framework agreement will be valid for up to a 50% increase of the estimated value.

The maximum contract value will therefore be NOK 6,825,000 excluding VAT. The stated value is intended as information to Tenderers and is non-binding in relation to purchasing.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Tenderers must present documentation of their legal registration in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer fulfils the following requirement of financial key figures:
A credit rating equal to A or better, measured against the AAA Soliditet’s scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirements in the following manner:
Credit ratings.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
