Sykehusinnkjøp HF is making this procurement on behalf of Oslo University Hospital Trust.
Currently, approx. 2 800 patients a year, i.e., children with a companion, youths, and adults participate in a treatment journey abroad. In addition, personnel are engaged for children and youth groups, as well as for destinations where large groups are sent. The exact number of groups, patients, and companions depends on the annual national budget and the number of applicants.

Some patients/groups will require representatives at Gardermoen for the outward/home journey. This includes, amongst others, elderly people and often disabled patients who can require assistance with baggage/wheelchairs, etc, as well as young patients who come by plane from other places in the country and who spend the night at Gardermoen before travelling to the treatment location. The number that will require assistance will vary, but there is a need for 2-4 representatives for each flight.

The contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 year at a time for 2 new years. The maximum contract length is until 31 December 2025.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
The following documentation is required:
• Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate;
• Foreign companies: verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
The following documentation is required:
• latest submitted annual financial statements with notes including auditor's report;
• profit and loss account and/or balance for the last 6 months if it is more than 6 months since the last annual financial statement.
The contracting authority will obtain a rating report from AAA Soliditet/Bisnode in order to verify that tenderers are credit worthy/that a tenderer has sufficient economic and financial solidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity, including human and technical resources to fulfil the contract.
The following is required as documentation of sufficient capacity:
A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in management during the last 3 years.
