National procurement of transport services on behalf of the four regional health authorities. The procurement is divided into 3 sub-areas:
- Road transport
- Air freight in the Nordic countries (ordinary and temperature regulated dispatches)
- Air freight, world outside the Nordic countries (ordinary and temperature regulated dispatches)
The procurement does not include courier services as courier services are outsourced locally and are largely based on local tailor-made route schedules. A courier service can, for example, be transport between a doctors surgery and a hospital, or internal transport within a health company.

Sub-contract 1 comprises road transport services. The transport of both ordinary and temperature sensitive material is requested here. Most of the volume in the sub-contract will be the transport of dispatches from the primary health service to the local hospital, as well as dispatches between hospitals nationwide.

The service can also be used for ordinary dispatches.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solvency to

fulfil the contractual obligations.

Tenderers are required to have:

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The contracting authority will consider the tenderer’s experience with deliveries of the products included in the contract. Documentation requirements:

- Volume/value of previous deliveries.

- The size of the recipient of previous deliveries, hereunder to which degree the recipient is of comparable size and complexity to the regional health authorities.

The tenderer´s experience will be assessed as regards volume/value for the part of the procurement that the tenderer has submitted a tender for, as well as the size of the regional health company the tender was for.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

An overview of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract´s value, delivery date or execution and the name of the recipient.

Tenderers must complete the annex 'response form experience' and submit this if the contracting authority enquires about it, or if the contracting authority requests it.
