The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a contract for transport of compost products and compost machines between receiving facility in order to ensure effective treatment of garden waste. The services to be performed are driving of compost products from Sørlimosen compost receiving facility, transport of compost machines, as well as to assist the clients with gardening information. See the attached requirement specification for comprehensive information.
Production will be seasonal and sales-dependent, hence the volume can vary to some extent.
A contract will be entered into for two years with an option for one year + one year on verbatim terms.

• The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
• The contracting authority retains the right to obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Credit, which will be used as a basis in the evaluation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
• Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent contracts.
Documentation requirement:
• An overview of the primary deliveries relevant to the contract that the supplier has performed in the last five years, including the contract value, delivery date and name of the recipient.
• Tenderers must have good implementation ability
• A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administration in the last three years.
• A good and well-functioning system is required for quality and environment for the services that will be provided.
• Description of environmental management measures and quality assurance measures. Tenderers can document that the requirement is fulfilled by presenting a copy of relevant environment certificates/environmental standards, such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn [Eco-lighthouse], or equivalent, or by the tenderer attaching a description of the company´s own system and routines.
