Avfall Sør AS

Avfall Sør AS would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of transport services, hire of containers, and simple operational support services such as clearing, sweeping, snow clearing, etc., for our recycling stations/waste installations.
Most of the scope in the contract will be local transport in the region and the hire of containers. In addition the framework agreement will also apply for various operational support services at our locations.

Kort beskrivelse:
Most of the assignment will consist of transporting various types of waste in containers locally in our region (Kristiansand, Vennesla and Lillesand Municipalities). The transport assignments and the number/types of containers can be changed and vary in the contract period.

Avfall Sør is now planning the construction of a new, modern recycling station located just inside the municipality border in Lillesand Municipality (by Ikea in Sørlandsparken). There will be a need for some operational support services for the opening of this station (scheduled for 1 March 2022), such as sweeping and snow clearing services provided under this contract. The contracting authority would also like the tenderer to be able to offer 'container logistics as a service' and be responsible for logistics, rotation speed, and emptying dates for the container portfolio as part of the delivery.
