ENTUR AS hereby request tenders for card transaction services for international credit cards. The card transactions include Visa and MasterCard. However, other credit card systems which Entur choses to incorporate as means of payment in our sale channels may also be included at a later date. Transactions are in this context defined as collection, verification and settlement of card transactions. The tenderers must be able to manage card transactions made in Norway.

Justification for cancellation The contracting authority has therefore been made aware that the contract basis attached to the procurement documents does not comply with the terms and rules to which redemption companies for international payment cards are subject. The provision on price regulation does not safeguard the suppliers' need for price regulation in the event of changes in fees issued by the card companies. The changes that must be made so that the contract basis fulfils the requirements for redemption services and price regulation are considered to be significant changes and of such a nature that the contest must be cancelled.
