Akershus universitetssykehus HF (Akershus University Hospital Trust)(Ahus) will procure a tool carrier with weight of approx. seven tonne for year-round use. The tool carrier must be new or barely used (maximum of one year). The tool carrier must be able to be used for among other things, snow shovelling, salting and gritting in wintertime, clearing ground and sweeping.
After the tender deadline, Ahus will decide whether the tool carrier will be purchased or leased. For leasing, Ahus has a framework agreement with Siemens Financial Services AS.
New tool carriers must be compatible with the existing equipment park (Volvo BM attachment). In addition to the tool carrier, Ahus wants options on a snow shovel and a snow cutter.

Akershus universitetssykehus HF (Akershus University Hospital Trust)(Ahus) will procure a tool carrier with weight of approx. seven tonne for year-round use. The tool carrier must be new or barely used (maximum of one year).
The tool carrier must be able to be used for among other things, snow shovelling, salting and gritting in wintertime, clearing ground and sweeping. Properties that take into account HSE, working environment, working range and maintenance are emphasised. The tool carrier will be used in the entire area connected to Ahus. In the area, pedestrians travel in the form of employees, patients and visitors, but also cyclists, cars and goods transport. Therefore, there are strong requirements concerning safety of the vehicle that will manoeuvre in the area.

From previously, Ahus has two tool carriers (Wille) and a comprehensive equipment park. New tool carriers must be compatible with the existing equipment park (Volvo BM attachment). In addition to the tool carrier, Ahus wants an option for a snow shovel and one snow cutter that must be compatible with the existing equipment carriers in addition to the new.

Requirement:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers:
Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers:
Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
Tax certificates not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. A tax certificate is defined as:
For Norwegian tenderers:
Tax and VAT certificate issued by the tax office via Altinn.
For foreign tenderers:
Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have orderly conditions in relation to the payment of tax and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer should submit a declaration stating that all taxes and duties have been paid. The statement shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for finance.
