The Procurement of an Electronic System for the TT Scheme (Transport Service for the Physically Disabled) in Møre og Romsdal (2021)

Møre og Romsdal County (the Contracting Authority) shall continue the TT scheme (Transport Service for the physically disabled) by using electronic TT cards. The Contracting Authority shall therefore enter into an agreement with an external supplier for the delivery and operation of an electronic system for the TT scheme in Møre og Romsdal.
The contract includes the delivery of:
— delivery and operation of an IT system,
— production, issuing and distribution of TT cards,
— giving information as letters or SMS,
— management of nonconformities,
— administration services, including communication with and service to TT scheme users, transporters, municipalities and the contracting authority,
— settlements for transporters and reimbursements to TT scheme users.
