Ringerike municipality intends by this call for tenders to enter into a contract with up to three providers for the supply of the service for the ‘Inn på tunet’ project. The tenderer must be approved as a ‘Inn på tunet’ provider by the foundation Marmerk, see www.matmerk.no.
The ‘Inn på tunet’ project comprises facilitated and quality assured welfare services at farms. There are no production requirements for the service recipients. The objective of the service is to provide an offer of a meaningful activity during the day, and stimulate social participation, thriving, mastering and self-improvement. The service must be adapted individually for each service recipient.
The contract period is 2 years. Option for 1 + 1 year extension for the contracting authority. The maximum contract period is 4 years.
The budget limit for this contract is approx. NOK 850 000 per annum. The estimate is only a guideline and the contracting authority is not bound by the estimate. The budget limit will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general.
