Gran kommune

Gran, Lunner and Jevnaker municipalities will implement a joint procurement of a framework agreement for delivery of asphalting services. The entities in the respective municipalities manage and build municipal technical infrastructure, buildings, roads and spaces.
The procurement concerns minor asphalting assignments connected with municipal roads/spaces and outdoor areas around the existing schools, nursery schools etc. This can be patching and manual asphalting works and some larger continuous surfaces on on levelled base course. The ground works are assumed carried out by the contracting authority, with the exception of any fine levelling.

The total value of the procurement (over a four year period) is anticipated to be approx. NOK 20 million excluding VAT, and the contest will be regulated by the Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The contest will be held according to the procurement regulation provisions part (and part III as well as the provisions of this tender documentation.

The total value of the procurement depends on sufficient financing over the municipality budget during the contract period. Therefore it must be expected that the procurement size will deviate from the anticipated value.
