INSS wants to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one or more tenderers for laundry and hire of work linen and textiles to be used in municipal service production in-line with the requirement specification.
The participating municipalities and overview of the delivery point are in Appendix 4 — delivery point. The scope of the contract is uncertain and neither INSS or the municipalities in any purchase obligation in volume after this procurement.
Contracts will be signed in accordance with the draft contract. The contract will be valid for two years with an option for a further 1 + 1-year. The procurement is divided into three parts, that will be evaluated and awarded independently of the other.
For this procurement it has been decided that a reserve contract will be signed. This means that contracts will only be entered into with businesses that meet the requirements for highly adapted workplaces, and that the staff consists of users of such services.
