Sub-contract 1: snow clearing, removal of snow, gritting, and spring cleaning after winter operations in the winter season, as well as mechanical and manual sweeping and flushing on the eastbound and westbound underground network and associated properties. Sub-contract 2: maintenance of parks and sites on both the eastbound and westbound underground network.

The service area includes grass cutting, cutting, branch control, weeding in perennial beds, removal of weeds (weeding and steaming), watering, cutting and establishment management in newly established sites. There are 91 outside underground stations in total.

The cleaning consists of washing and flushing the areas' fixtures and equipment — all installation at outside underground stations such as shelters, bicycle park shelters with a roof, waste containers, information boards, ashtrays, lamps in ramps by railings, railings and hand rails, benches/stools, glass surfaces/tiled surfaces that are part of a 'walking area'.

The waste management covers the entire station area, including green areas. The tenderer will be responsible for taking all waste from the outside underground stations to a certified waste reception facility (not Sporveien's waste room or containers). There are 91 outside underground stations in total.
