Vestland County shall execute the demolition and the construction of a new building for Stord sixth form college, department Vabakkjen.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The construction of a regulated access road:
It may be relevant to construct a new access road to the school in construction stage 1 provided that an agreement is reached with the landowner on the acquisition of land, It is therefore an option for constructing a new access road in accordance with the zoning plan. This will possibly be addressed in the partnering stage.

The projects cannot apply to industrial buildings, warehouses or parking facilities.
Experience from architectural design:
The tenderer must have designed at least one new building for teaching purposes with a size of at least 5 000 m
