This will depend on awarded funds for the procurement and the need in the department during the 3 years. Consumption of instrument-dependent consumables will truly go up if this option is triggered, but the instrument is first and foremost intended as a back-up instrument;

— training: this must be able to be ordered as long as the instruments included in the contract are in use at the client;

— service at different levels (cf. Annex 4): this must be able to be ordered as long as the instruments included in the contract are in use at the client;

— service course: if the option for service course for the client's personnel is triggered, the service course will be held in the warranty period.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

Contract period, cf. Tender provisions point 1.6: the contracting authority wants to enter into a purchasing contract for the equipment and a framework agreement for instrument-dependent consumables with a duration from the last electronic signing date and as long as the equipment is in use at the client.

The equipment must have a minimum lifetime of nine years (cf. 108 months in this tender form).

The contracting authority will have an option to expand the contract with the following products/services:

• one extra instrument where the option is valid for 3 years from entering into the contract. If the option for an extra instrument will be triggered is currently unknown. This will depend on awarded funds for the procurement and the need in the department during the 3 years.
