Akershus University Hospital would like to procure a new system and equipment for patient monitoring. Existing equipment is planned to be replaced in the contract period in the following departments, amongst others: Anaesthesia, operation, intensive care, medical monitoring, post-surgery ward, child monitoring, older children, neurological monitoring, newborn, accident and emergency, and post-surgery day surgery. There can be a need for procurements in addition to the mentioned departments. All the monitors must be able to monitor vital parameters such as ECG (3 avl), SpO2, pulse, temperature, NIBP, and respiration frequency.

Estimert totalverdi: 70 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
An estimated 300-500 monitors will be procured in the period. The estimated total value of the signed contracts in this procurement is calculated to maximum approx. NOK 70 million. Emphasis is put on the fact that this must not be seen as a maximum amount, and that the estimate is very uncertain. The framework agreement's absolute maximum is 500 patient monitoring monitors, including consumables and accompanying services, etc.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority will have an option to extend the service contract for the offered ICT system after 2 years. The contracting authority will also have an option to procure a system for wire transfer of alarms to the external communication unit, as well as functionality so that the monitors can send 12 avl resting ECG to ComPacs.

Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: The tenderer's annual accounts, including notes with the boards and auditor's reports from the last 3 years.

Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from similar assignments.
Documentation requirement: An overview of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract´s value, delivery date or execution and the name of the recipient.
