Politiets Fellestjenester (the Norwegian Police Shared Services) will enter into parallel framework agreements with multiple tenderers for procurement of Special Vehicles with specifications with shielding needs. Tenderers must be specialised in production of special vehicles such as armoured solutions or vehicles with technological equipment and/or technical ability other than regular police patrol vehicles. For each new need, call-offs will have the form of a mini-contest.
