Nordre Follo kommune (Nordre Follo Municipality) plans to build a new four parallel primary school in Sofiemyr sports park at Kolbotn. The school is planned to be built over three to four floors with a gross area of approx. 8 300 m. There is lots of space on the building site which is located in the immediate vicinity of E6. The school must be completed in October 2023, outdoor must be completed in January 2024.
The site is currently zoned as a lower secondary school and sports halls, work has begun to rezone and facilitate for a primary school. There are a number of requirements in the area plan for Sofiemyr sports park that must be taken into account. Among other things, this applies to the preparation of the walkway and relocation of access.
In the concept selection study the contract cost for a four parallel school is estimated to be approx. NOK 200 000 000 excluding VAT.
The contracting authority has chosen an interaction contract as the execution model. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a contract with an experienced contractor for engineering design and the construction of the buildings.

The project will be carried out in two phases.
In phase 1, the Development Phase, the contractor will participate in a process where the existing project material is adapted and optimised in cooperation with the users. This will form the basis for the use and organisation of the school and sports areas on a more detailed level. During phase 1 the contracting authority and the contractor will further develop a preliminary project and a target price for the implementation of engineering design and construction.

If the preliminary project is approved and the parties agree on a target sum, engineering design and construction will take place in phase 2, the Implementation phase.
Continuation of Phase 2 will initially be implemented with the agreed target price. Alternatively the parties can agree; continuation as an ordinary fixed price turnkey contract.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The detailed development plan for Ski West Secondary School states that the multi-purpose hall that will cover the gym need for Ski West Secondary School and Finstad Primary School is to be located by Finstad Primary School in accordance with the general permission given there. The assessments regarding the need for the contents of the multi-purpose hall are planned to be presented in June 2021 in consideration of the municipality's long-term operating and investment plan.
