We need printing services for small printed material such as placards, postcards, catalogues, and pamphlets in order to provide information on the cultural heritage to the general public.
The contract will be valid for two years from when it is signed, with the contracting authority having the right to extend it twice for one year at a time. The maximum contract period will be four years.

The National Library of Norway's communication includes many activities aimed at the general public. Small printed material of high quality is therefore required. The National Library of Norway is therefore holding an open tender contest for the award of framework agreements for small printed material. The framework agreements must cover our needs within areas such as catalogues, pamphlets, placards, postcards, and fliers.

The tender covers five categories:
1. Catalogues, digital prints (bound)
2. Catalogues, offset print (bound)
3. Pamphlets, digital print (wire-bound)
4. Pamphlets, offset print (wire-bound)
5. Placards, postcards, and similar small printed material
Description of categories
Delivery in all categories will be to three addresses in Norway. Categories 1, 2 and 5 within 7 days of receiving files from the contracting authority, and within 11 days of receiving files for categories 3 and 4.
Price offers per category are to include postage and exclude VAT.
Category 1: Catalogues, digital print (bound)
Catalogues, digital print means catalogues with 80 pages of material, bound in format 190 mm (height) x 105 mm (width), printed on paper quality 100 g Print Speed or equivalent. The cover has four pages with 190 g uncoated paper.
Category 2: Catalogues, offset print (bound)
Catalogues, offset print means catalogues with 80 pages material, bound in format 190 mm (height) x 105 mm (width) with paper quality 100 g Print Speed or equivalent. The cover has four pages with 190 g uncoated paper.
Category 3: Pamphlets, digital print (wire-bound)
Pamphlets, digital print means books with 80 pages wire-bound material in format 160 mm (height) x 113 mm (width), printed with paper quality 100 g Print Speed or equivalent. The cover has four pages with 190 g uncoated paper with spot wax or foil characteristic (format: 60 mm x 30 mm).

Pamphlets, offset print means books with 80 pages of wire-bound material in format 160 mm (height) x 113 mm (width), printed with paper quality 100 g Print Speed or equivalent. The cover has four pages with 190 g uncoated paper with spot wax or foil characteristic (format: 60 mm x 30 mm).

Placards means larger prints of pictures, text, etc., in colour 4 x 4 and format 1000 mm (height) x 700 mm (width), printed on paper quality 150 g Soporset or equivalent, Postcards means prints of pictures, text, etc. in colour 4 x 4, with double cards in format 148 mm (height) x 105 mm (width).
