The objective and scope of the contract:
The contracting authority would like tenders for signs and signage solutions, as well as assembly, maintenance, and services for the signs/signage solutions. The procurement is divided into four lots: Prices are wanted per sign for the types of signs that we know we need. However it is difficult for the different health companies to estimate the number of signs a year as this will vary a lot. Therefore, in addition to unit prices, we would like discounts when 10 or more signs are procured. See annex 1 — Price Sheet for more detailed information.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority has a unilateral right to trigger an option to extend the contract for up to 1 year + 1 year. The options are triggered automatically and on identical terms unless otherwise requested by the contracting authority.
The contracting authority has the unilateral right to trigger an option for the following legal entities under Helse Vest RHF:
* Helse Vest IKT AS.
The tenderer will be informed if this is relevant, and the contracting authority will give written notification of the option for the company in question.
The contracting authority will have an option to expand the contract with the following services:
1) Cleaning external signs;
2) Preparing a signage plan.
The option will be triggered in writing for the company in question.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification requirement: Requirements regarding tenderer's registration.
Documentation requirement: tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following financial key figures requirement: credit rating equal to B or better,measured against the AAA.
Soliditet's scale or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will assess the tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirement in the following manner: credit appraisals. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document that the contracting authority deems suitable, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations, Section 16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
